Is this a normal run of the mill figure..?
C3PO has 3 lines of data
top says GMFGI with what looks like a C in a circle before
next is the date 1977
3rd line hong kong

A 3p0 3 line coo is quite common rob see below image of different coo's. Yours will be 7 8 or 9
