when phone rings we get put through to this women whos phne is ****ed .she also has just been upgraded broadband with talk talk .now my spped keeps dropping when i finaly get on line .do you think they are dropping it bit by bit till my phone and her phone starts working again

well if its carphone hoarhouse products i doubt its that sophisticated
