1978 Darth Vader, C3P0, Stormtrooper ( tall figures-12 ' +)

I have a Darth Vader with cape, 15 inches tall. C3P0 12 inches tall, and a Stormtrooper 12 inches tall. I have tried researching, but no definite answers.
How rare are these and what value do they have?
