I bought a vintage Action Man a while back, just wanted the blue pants eagle eyes one I had as a kid. Then I found the uniform and accessories it had etc on ebay. Whilst browsing for these and looking since I've noticed there's a ridiculous amount of different Action Man/12 inch outfits and accessories out there. There's lots of individual bits that are very similar to Star Wars costumes. There's orange boiler suits, Han Solo type trousers and boots etc and you can even get some of the base weapons that were used to make Star Wars blasters. I'm thinking about maybe trying to put a few costumes together using and adapting Action Man clothes just as a little side hobby. Wondering if anyone else has ever made any 12 inch customs or tinkered about with Kens slacks? :lol:
