£8000 Luke!!

A Luke afa90 just sold on ebay for £8000!! Are people really buying these??
I've got a nice 12 back Luke afa 85 (c85 b90 c90) which must of been on the brink of a 90 when graded paid £550 for it a few years ago thought it was/is expensive seems a good buy now.
