Jesus H Corbett

AFA dont do it for me,but i like the way that Snowspeeder is displayed.

Seems way off to me. I'm no expert but as AFA means **** all to me and i don't see why i'd pay more for one in the same condition as non AFA i see no more than about 5 grand's worth of stuff here. I estimate the figures, generously, at 30 quid (the average) each with a hundred for Blue snag and Yak, each. This comes to £1650

13 carded figures averaging, i guess, about £70 each(?) - £910

And then 30 Vehicles and mini-rigs which admittedly i know bugger all about but if they're £50 each (averaging) that makes - £1500

This brings the total to £4060

I may be a little/a lot off with my rough guestimates  but really, can anyone get it to 25grand?!
or 10??? or 8???

I totaly agree with Gowdy, but a lot of collectors will disagree.

But since there is a guy there trying to sell a GI Joe Snake Eyes for one million dollars (http://cgi.ebay.com/GI-JOE-Rise-Cobra-Snake-Eyes-City-Strike-/120495736724?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c0e1b0794#ht_500wt_1154), i can see that everything is possible.

WOOOOOAAAAA!!!!!
LOL, what's he thinking?? and i'm saying that even after reading his blurb explaining what he's thinking. Still makes no sense. At least try it with something vintage!!?

Nice find.

even the most stupid of person would hesitate to think ...

"Wait a minute ... is it likely that someone is going to come along with £25,000 and buy all of these in one scoop?"

.................. HELL NO!!!!

Just plain old daft, but how much fun would it be if that lot turned up on your doorstep

Not quite sure why but it looks like he had had some loose mini rigs graded. Is this commonplace? Seems to be verging on the ridiculous to me.

It's got me thinking though. There must be few people who have acquired mint loose collections had them graded and then sold them again for a very marked up price then repeat the process. Bit of an effort but a decent money spinner I bet!

Well this is the problem with the price of graded figures Chris. A mint figure for say £20, then having it graded for say £20 (i have no idea how much it costs) then gets sold on ebay for £70.
Makes no sense to me.
Only mint figure loose over £30 is Yak, Blue Snag, Couple of last 17 etc and yet i see Bib Fortuna's going for 50 quid!! "but he's in a little plastic box"...
Piss off!!

You're proably a bit light on the Vehicles, the mini rigs go for about £80-£100 each (the graded MIB 80+) the B-wing and scout walker are probably a few hundred quid each as well. Still he's way way over the top on his price!
