Howdo all. Having a bit of a clear out and have two replica Palitoy "The Toys of the Film are Here" displays up for grabs. They are slightly different from the real and very rare window sticker. One is clear (as per the real one) and the other is white. They are displayed in acrylic L stands...

Does the fact that Dave Prowse used to own it really add anything to the value? Probably not at all. I'd concentrate on selling it to someone who likes 70/80's US cars. I think Autotrader might be the place :wink:

To be honest there's probably £10-15 of figures there given the lack of accessories. Sorry to break the bad news but not all old Star Wars toys are worth a fortune unfortunately. Condition and inclusion of original weapons/accessories count for a lot :wink:

Got to agree with Bollux really, especially if the only reason you are on here for is to sell off your stuff. To sell successfully on a forum you have to take part and build up a relationship with the people here, then you would probably do alright. I certainly wouldn't buy anything from a new...

I think the DS pieces came in two bags, the biggest took all the cardboard bits except the base and a smaller one took all the plastic bits if I remember right. It sounds like you have the bigger one. The polythene is fairly thick and was taped at one end originally.

One Palitoy Death Star catalogue for sale, original and not the Area 51 repro. Some light creasing but no tears or ink marks. All pages present and secure. SOLD.
