I started collecting in 2015, just before the Disney thing kicked off. Like most I hit it hard for the first couple of years. Once the FA trailer dropped prices started to rise so in many ways I started panic buying for fear of being left behind. As we know prices have continued to rise to this...

Would have loved these as a kid
ABBA are back and I keep hearing disco on the radio. Every song reminds me of Star Wars! The figures, the transfers, the cards, the jigsaws, the stationary. So many memories locked away and triggered by hearing old songs on the radio. Magical.
Looking through my old childhood figures I discovered this ‘Pure Fungus’ Klatuu variant. I’ve had him since the eighties and he’s always had the sticker on his skirt. No idea why?! :x
I bought this reseal recently, it’s partially resealed and has some dirty marks which look like sellotape residue. My initial plan was to live with the marks but I’m wondering if there is a way to remove them. I don’t want to damage it in anyway, what do you think?
We live in strange times. I’m back on the trail, searching out and buying vintage.
I’m self isolating, I have an underlying health issue which means I need to be a little bit careful. The health issue is fine, I’m sorted. However about 13 years ago I wasn’t and I had to have a heart operation...
I’ve started buying Modern NECA Gremlins 6” figures And I want to buy some toy stands for them... I’m getting conflicting advice online. I don’t suppose anyone knows which toy stands fit the hole in the foot?
Thanks, Scott.
I’ve bought this Ikea cabinet and am in the process of putting it together. I’m having some glass shelves made (Ikea don’t make glass shelves for this model apparently?!) and I’m wondering about lights.
Doing some research it seems there are so many different ones out there, it’s confusing which...
I’m trying to put together a Palitoy Cantina. I have many of the bits from my childhood one but I’m looking to buy a background. My question is... are the Kenner and Palitoy backgrounds different? Or do both fit a Palitoy base?
Thanks, Scott
Just wondering... Is any one on the forum suffering from Star Wars fatigue? I’ve heard the term used many times on line and in the media.
IM NOT! I can’t get enough!
Granted not every film has been 10/10 but I’ve enjoyed each one and am definitely looking forward to the future ones.
Also if...
I've not had a lot of spare cash recently but I've been doing quite a bit of window shopping. I watched the live stream of the Gildings toy auction. There were quite a few MOCs up for auction. There were a few Darth Vaders up for grabs, all had the same bubble. Can someone explain to me why the...
I was at my mothers at the weekend sorting through some old boxes, I emptied one out and look what was at the bottom of it... two blasters and a speeder bike flap. I was so made up, my mother couldn’t understand why I was so happy. I was seriously smiling for about an hour. Better than drugs.
Once again my name seems to have been missed off the guest list for the Star Wars premiere... that means as of six o’clock tonight I am implementing a full media/ social media black out. However to keep the Star Wars magic alive I’m treating myself to a viewing of the Holiday special. Star Wars...
I saw a recent Facebook post and it got me thinking... It's a graph showing the demographics of one of the Star wars Facebook group's members. It seems obvious that most Vintage collectors start up their collections around the 35-45 age. There has been a lot of discussion as to why that is...
Ian McDiarmid is performing in a play at the Park Theatre in London. Tickets on sale now. He plays Enoch Powell in What Shadows. Looks very interesting...

Profiles in History have announced a massive auction of Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher possessions. Their Beverly Hills property is also for sale. Very sad. Bet there's some amazing stuff...
They don't look Star Wars but I bought them in a bundle of vintage stuff last year. They look very military and the plastic looks like it's not that old. Curious to know what they are?
I don't if anyone watches his reviews but if you do the new Force Awakens one is up... and Mr Plinkett isn't happy:

Warning! It does contain a few plot theories he has so fast forward that bit.
