    My modest Tri-Logo MOC collection.

Thanks fellas. Hindsight is a wonderful thing on reflection of some of those unseen investments that were knocking around in the 90's. However reading some of those interviews on your website Joe, I don't think anything that has slipped through my hands comes anywhere near what some of those...

Cheers Liam. I'm getting there. :D

    My modest Tri-Logo MOC collection.

Thanks Iain. Yep, when I got most of them they were the poor man's Kenner cousin, but that seems to have changed. Glad you like the WBG. Both bubble & card are in great shape. Hybrid's were a revelation to me this summer. At one point I even wondered if he was a fake. Some more of the 6 are...

    My modest Tri-Logo MOC collection.

Cheers Joe. I know you like that 2-1B. He's belter. No plans for him to go anywhere, but If he ever does I'll make sure you get first dibs. He's actually one of the ones with the price on. £15 8) I know I knocked him down on that as well, as I had a few off him. :D I don't think those prices...

    My modest Tri-Logo MOC collection.

Hello fellas. After sharing my Kenner & Palitoy's not so long ago, I though it about time I put some pics of my Tri-Logo's up to share. They were all bought in the mid 90's aside from the AT AT, Leia &, AT ST. Some of the dealer price tags are still on some of them which is a nice little...

Genuine variant, oddity, or common as muck? Expertise needed

Yep, I agree with James. From the Rebel Scum link he posted it looks quite clear that there must have been a batch of plastic mixed up slightly wrong, and this caused shrinkage. Still a nice fig to have though imo. You've made me want one of those short scarf ones to go with it now Fletch. :D

Crikey, that's a turn up. Interesting to see they actually graded it as a short scarf as well. Good stuff, thanks.

With all the heavy new on Stormies of late

I don't condone that sort of brutality, but I must admit you did a bloody good job. As much as I loved them boys with their ruler straight arms and legs, they never really looked like they could put up much of a fight!

    Did they ever release.......

Totally agree Snaggle. That naive styling of the first 20 make them far cooler than any Jedi figure today. I wonder if they'd have known at the time they'd be setting out their stall for another 77 characters, if they'd have put a bit more effort in and spoilt it. As for the POTF2, enough said...

 If you can get the Qautro. I can make the call. Let's hope the next post on here isn't.... "Michelle Haverstock." "Remember her?" "I ****in married her!"

    Did they ever release.......

Wow, I'd have been blown away if I'd have seen one as a kid. I got mega excited as an adult, seeing one for the first time in a collectors shop in Manchester in the mid 90's. I also had the Palitoy one as a kid, but I'm afraid to say the Kenner one blows it out of the water. Broke just too easy...

Genuine variant, oddity, or common as muck? Expertise needed

Wow, good work James. :D Couldn't find anything when I first got it. I think that looks like the actual one I bought too. :D (paid less than $3 on a punt) That all makes complete sense. Shrinkage would cause the splay, and as the plastic has to go somewhere so everything get's a bit fatter...

Genuine variant, oddity, or common as muck? Expertise needed

Yep, possibly. But' it was the fact that the legs were actually a lot shorter in length that was puzzling. The pics don't show it too well, but when you see it you really notice.

    Did they ever release.......

I was indeed a 70's child Gary. Born in Newcastle 73, and I think it was 79 when we moved to Shropshire. It seems like there was certainly quite a bit of randomness in how the toys were distributed. I do remember clearly that when I went up to Newcastle, as a kid I would see things that I...

Genuine variant, oddity, or common as muck? Expertise needed

Hello fellas. I've been having a sort through some of my variants to hopefully categorise. The bleeding obvious could be staring me in the face, but I haven't been able to find another online anywhere. Hopefully someone will know if it's a variant, and oddity, or as common in the 80's as...

    Did they ever release.......

Yeah, Defo Gary. Can't say if there were Kenner 12 backs, but defo BOTH Kenner & Palitoy cardbacks for 20 backs, and onwards. I kept a lot of my cardbacks as a kid to tick off got's & want's, and specifically remember being fascinated with the Dewback. (Don't have them now unfortunately) I also...

    Did they ever release.......

Yeah Gary, some of the figures I picked up as a child were on Kenner cards. I can only guess this was to aid Palitoy with the demand in the UK. I clearly remember seeing, and wanting a Dewback, and being disappointed that we didn't get an escape pod with our LOTJ. I also remember seeing the...
