Yes yours is one of the ones found in the Macau baggies, there's another one very similar to yours and the other confirmed one is one of the raised bars. Maybe both the raised bars and possible if there both a pair of molds.

Oscar has it spot on here and there probably found on Palitoy 45 backs too, they are both made by PBP because this one has the same paint job and accessories as the PBP full scar version and as far as I know there the only 2 COO's that have that cape so it makes sense there from the same...

I'd say its another repo if that's the way you feel, there's also POTF black repo blasters out there with this plastic flashing and shiny black plastic. This is the most detailed I've seen so far, in the bottom pic it looks like V1, does it have a tint of blue to it to?
