Looks painted, but the torso is moulded out of another type of plastic like ABS. Some sensorscope R2D2 and Hoth troopers are the same. I think I remember Wolff saying the could of been made in Macau but still used the Hong Kong coo.

Deffo' a stripped helmet, tell tale sign is the flaking on the very top. Ledy overstock helmets are not matt yellow but more like a worthers original if that makes sense.

On second look, the Lando cape looks to be too light, should be pinkish.

Vader and Lando's capes both look good imho. Taiwan coo Leias came with a non zipping cape I believe.

Hi Will, what you have there looks to be a PBP Chewie, he was made in Spain. Not the rarest figure, but certainly not a fake. hope that helps.
