Thanks for the info MaxF! I do know where 3 SW Jawa proofs are and they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. There may be another one out there somewhere, so I'm not giving up.

I always wrap the item in bubble wrap, put it in a box, then put it in a bigger box with packing peanuts. I've shipped tons of carded figures over the years and have never had a problem. Just stay away from the Global Shipping on ebay. :)

I recently started collecting cardbacks with the Palitoy logo. I've noticed that many of them are missing the name plate (due to a mail away offer). I have been focussing my efforts on finding "complete" cardbacks. I was just curious what other collectors views are on the ones with the nameplate...

I've used USPS first class international shipping many times and have never had a problem (it's a LOT cheaper than Priority mail). You have limited tracking and it can take up to two weeks, but you can see when it gets delivered.
