Well, it's finally time to bring this story to a conclusion. Thanks to FuzzyBuzz for the suggestion of Oxy cream, and Twin30mm for the Magic Eraser. A combination of both of them and a lot of scrubbing has removed most of the pink. It's not completely gone, but he displays well and leaves...
