Ah okay. Would it be viable to put together an alternative version? If the market in old Kellerman is so high - why hasn't anyone gone ahead and made a new book?

So...why did the Kellerman book go out of print? Who owns the rights to the book now? Surely there would be a market to get this back out there. Or could a bunch of intelligent experts put together a new version?
