Yeah I wouldn't worry just yet. I had a similar experience where I sent a parcel to Norway yet tracking info said it was on it's way to Italy, it arrived safe in Norway shortly after. Who knows how it happens, someone scans the wrong barcode or presses the wrong button.

Yeah I'd say real also. But I wouldn't touch it with bare hands until he's had a good clean. If it were me I'd simply swap the figure for a nicer (correct) example and work on getting the cape clean, there's a thread here somewhere on cleaning vinyl capes.
