Yes I found Vectis sounded very professional. I spoke to them on the Friday and they are charging me £16 p&p which sounds fair cos it'd cost me loads more in time and money to collect! Lady did mention they were very busy so it's just a waiting game for me. (I got a handful of carded figures).

If you ever have to remove tape in the future and it leaves glue residue behind I use regular 'lighter fluid' on soft cotton rag. It's more forgiving than strong solvent cleaners, harmless to print and evaporates afterwards. (As long as you don't rub too hard!)

Clear silicone is another option. It's not about prevention, it's damage limitation now. Any DIY store sells silicone in a tube - if you do get a good brand one. Apply with an artists brush. It will set like glue with a strong seal but is removable at any time with no damage to bubble

I work in the Sign/Print industry. There are many clear tapes out there with many different strengths. DO NOT use glue, yes it will melt bubble and make a right mess! If I was repairing it I would obviously realise the crack will only get bigger and will always be there so a high-tack ultra...

Looks like two different cards to me. See top right corner where bubble once was - one photo has triangular tear in that area, other one doesn't?

Hi all, I need to log all my collection for my records and incase I need to know any fine details in the future. I'd like to have it in a spreadsheet format but maybe with item links to photos? Think this would be easier for computer memory. I know there are a host of websites for uploading...
