I have this TT Imperial Hoth Stormtrooper. Bought this one in the nineteens at a SW collectible shop in Amsterdam named A Space Oditty. At that time I had no information about TT at all, so trusted this one an original.

Looks great at first sight! JJ puts in some classic symbols like the star destroyers, tantive IV and a rebel fleet under command of the millennium falcon. But than Rey, running like an idiot from one place to another and looking angry? Horses walking on (it seems) a star destroyer? WTF is going...

Will JJ overdo it this time with Episode 9? It sounds great: the Emperor returns, but it is at the same time more Old School than a fresh concept. JJ's Episode 7 was a sort of remake of ANH. So fingers crossed...

I had hoped that TLJ would turn out to be a bit like TESB, darker and more confronting. Would have been nice seeing Kylo Ren chasing the Falcon in his Tie Fighter and having a real confrontation with Luke and Yoda. And what about the story of Luke trying to kill his nephew? It gives Luke away...

Awesome!!!!!! Bl**** F****** awesome this is. Although very modern put into a piece of cinematic scifi history, it clutches episode 3 onto episode 4 in a stylish way 8) CGI is not so good on Obi Wan, but it gives an idea about more action into the former dull battle. Thanks for sharing :D
