The first thing I notice is the sum of the cardbacks, or at least what we believe to be cardbacks - 11,546. Not quite 25,000. Just less than half. For what it's worth, I'm just putting this on a spreadsheet and want to see if there's any comparatives with the Toni ebay spreadsheet I compiled.
