Feel a little embarrassed to post this compare to some people’s acquisitions but I completed my tauntaun with saddle and reins. Just the saddle is my childhood one. The rest I’ve picked up off eBay waiting for a bargain.

Funnily enough yes. It’s kick started my replacing things I gave away. I’m sure the psychology is something to do with yearning for happier times, but it’s been fun so far.

I think that’s the plan. Maybe build it up over time but in the meantime I want it to look good. To be honest I could probably just buy a complete one, but where’s the fun in that!? Thanks

£37 for an atat back in 1984 - that equates to £120 in today’s money! I got mine from coopers toy shop in Rotherham for a fiver, Christmas 1985 - my brothers present.

Noted I dislike the idea of repo blasters but the struts are just out of my budget. If anyone has a canopy or strut end caps though let me know 🙂
