The COO guide over at TIG is a truly magnificent reference work, and my most hearty thanks to all involved in its production. I refer to it and several of the other TIG guides often, they're awesome. My question is, does COO#1 mean the debut (or at least the Kenner debut) issue of that figure...

I possess zero musical ability, but I'd like to call my fantasy band 'Curse These Metal Hands'. That playset is a shocker, Early Bird sets I can understand, (although graded gear not my bag), but by crikey that's terrible. Go on Rich, get it and set it free!
