PayPal fries my head. It keeps changing the available method of payment from bank transfer, card payment or echeque with reason. I never know if I have to pay fees or if I have to wait for some vague length of time as a result. PayPal say its because certain transactions are femmes higher risk...

Well the response was that the buyer had asked to pay in instalments after winning which the seller wasn't prepared to do which is fair enouh. 6 relists still seems a bit odd though.
