They were made by Master Replicas at .45 scale, but they stopped making them several years ago. eBay is probably your best bet, search for 'master replica scaled helmet'

Well that was a crappy shopping experience :x I had a full set in my basket, entered my payment information and then the page timed out and I then got a nice message saying that the 'item in my basket was no-longer available' They sold out on 10 mins and it was limited to 1 per household...
