Has someone from UK already laid a criminal complaint against TT to initiate a penal procedure ?! I can only speak for Germany, but you can bring a charge against a suspect at no cost. The prosecution is forced to launch investigations. This would surely put some pressure on TT and may result...

TT also sold a lot of Tri Logos. Any clue where these came from ? I checked two of my TT Tri Logos and they look OK, especially they are not C9.

There are "6 cartons of bubbles". 3 Cartons contained "useful bubbles". No hints on the list about bubble styles and quantities.

I can´t recall TT ever offered one of these Italian multipacks.

The value of this "new" RR would not be as high as an original manufactured RR in his original condition. AND the possible value of a car is not determined by it´s factory sealed blister.

The left cardback front is missing some stars obviously. Background colours are different. The punchholes are different regarding shape & position.

The blister was obiously attached the same the way as the highly discussed misbubbled Snowtrooper.

Wolfgang, do you have a GM 45 back (MOC or cardback) in possession with the english text on the back, that has a (german) PRICESTICKER affixed ?

Does none of the UK collectors live in his neighborhood ?! Did anyone ever picked up a MOC personally from TT ?!

The first collectors currently tryin´ to get rid off their german MOCs via eBay. And I bet, they will be sold for a good $$$ as not all potential buyers are aware of the current discussion.

Right now we're in the judicial inquiry. And based on the evidence TT would be accused. :roll:
