Is anyone going to answer my question? It's been almost a day and I still haven't received anything.

I know that George Lucas wanted it to be renamed to Moraband for the Clone Wars show but what is the in-universe explanation for this name change? Did the Sith rename it, or was it the Republic? If someone could please tell me about this that would be great!
