I've got so many vintage Star Wars books, but the Sansweet one mentioned above is probably still my favourite even after all these years. You even get a bit of modern tat thrown in too, if you're into that sort of thing.

I dont think you can rely on there always being an "R" or any sort of marking to indicate a repro box or item. Your safest bet is to buy from trusted sellers, at least whilst you're finding your feet in the hobby. Either in the sales posts on here or on some of the large facebook groups.

I received my copy of this new book from Amazon yesterday. Its a nice hardcover book, covering vehicles, playsets, mini rigs and body rigs with big clear photos of the boxes, contents and instruction sheets. Its also quite an interesting read too - there aren't a lot of words, but I've learnt...
