The last one I sold (about 8 months ago) was in slightly better shape - never been played with but not sealed. I got £150 for it almost straight away no questions asked :D So I might have pitched it slightly less than what it could have fetched. I'd say start it about there, maybe £150 and see...

What a cracking thread Rob - great result. I think this hammers home why some of us collect, the nostalgia, that connection with our childhood and the memories we have of happy times :) I generally don't collect anything that is outside the UK in terms of brands BUT there is the odd exception...

I've always thought any clear ones must be repro but I was told not so long ago that one of those sealed examples that turned up at Vectis (Frank Beech auction I think) was opened and it had a clear canopy inside. That said, I think I'd only ever feel 100% about a yellowed one.

Asking price and selling price are 2 different things though. Also take into account ebay fees when selling. My advice would be either to sell on here in the classified section or take a trip to Facebook and join a few of the groups there.

Box looks in really good shape - instruction sheet is £120 on it's own, however, that broken canopy and door will really hold it back from going for a higher price ATM. I think you should easily get £500 for it but in an auction you could get more. There are plenty of collectors out there who...
