I agree with many views on here about George, but I do hold the view that he wasn't actually a 'great' director. Fantastic storyteller, but to be a top director you have to be a people person, you have to know how to help the actors perform, how to get a performance out of them. For many years...

This one is going come down to age group I think, if you were at the '78 end of things or the '83 end. I was closer to '83 and Luke Jedi (with blue sabre) was my first fig, so a no brainer.
