    Be fair and explain the issue, take lots of pics, explain the issue calmly and nicely at first. Give them a chance to repair the issue. Explain how much you think it is worth based on similar items of that quality (maybe get help by asking on here for a valuation?)

    Nice Slave 1 in condition as shown/described arrive nicely packaged. Great price as well. Nice ISp-4 in box, condition as expected, again good packaging. Simon also sent over some beater figures for me and my daughter - nice! Good communication, good items, good prices, typical of SWFUK I hope!
