Any of you guys catch this **** on FB?

Sorry to be a bit late here, but I struggle to understand why anyone would assume that TIG would ever support any form of Reproduction work, being that it is a site that is and always has been dedicated to helping the community identify reproduction **** from day one. Darren has posted his...

You know when you been Tonied, an oddessy in AFA 90 grading.

The earliest sabers of course where the DT sabers, these had a flat end. The mold had a recess at the end where a pin was laid which created the hollow cavity in the saber, once the DT design was scrapped, the molds where used simply without the pin, the pin recess is what created the thin tip...

Just a small observation. The FB Luke has the flat tipped lightsaber, these were early sabers, seems odd to be with such a late figure which probably confirms the worst.

Palitoy Vinyl Cape Jawa - COA & Update

Big time important! A colossal modern and vintage Star Wars collection, which included all the last 17 (loose) and an Imperial Shuttle just to mention about 1% of the entire lot, sold for 80 quid in a local public auction near me a few years ago. It was confiscated by bailffs from a collector...

Bespin Luke With Bright Orange Hair????? Variant?????

Sorry, missed the bit about where it sold for 88 pound, haha, I hope that lightsabers is solid gold! at least then it would ease the pain of paying that much for a figure worth no than 15 pound. This can be found with two slightly different COO stamps as well, and I've got a couple of spares, so...

Bespin Luke With Bright Orange Hair????? Variant?????

It looks fine to me, the exagerated colours are most likely from lighting. The actual figure is most commonly referred to as a Palitoy figure, and the vast majority of evidence would suggest that this is fairly accurate. This figure always has a tan skin complection, which can be seen in the...

Luke bespin - in need of calipers?

Yep, the head is right, this COO can be found with yellow or brown hair. The brown hair version was from baggies found in Europe and this particular variation is subject to plastic degredation more than any othe Bespin Luke, mainly because of his baggie beginnings (this should explain the off...

European Bespin Luke Baggies. where did they come from???

Cheers guys, I've read the baggie guide, that's where the problem started really, there's a few Lukes in baggies that don't match the U.S. bag types listed in the guide and some that do, but are Jedi baggies and too late for Luke. Confusing???? Cheers dude, I'll give him a bell!

European Bespin Luke Baggies. where did they come from???

Anyone have any ideas where baggie Bespin Lukes came from outside of the U.S.? The China Baggie Luke for example, exactly how would you have laid your hands on one back in the day? Any help here would be great. Thanks!
