Ok the only star wars figure that I hate and that I think should never have been made, why the **** did they make a ghost of anakin and why did they not use the time to make another figure. Why did they not make a y-wing pilot or a rebel fleet trooper etc. etc.

the figure got so little love that the stores in denmark sold this figure as the cheapest of all star wars figures in the 80s Long after SW toys had dissappeared from the shelves there was one store named Blokker that sill had some clearance peggs filled with Anakins so one day i reluctantly bought one just to get a SW fix. I never really liked him but when they cut Sebastian Shaw out of the movie to replace him with an aged Hayden Christensen my respect for the figure started to grow to a point that now i can honestly say i love him and he's fantastic because he is the real Anakin Skywalker.

Great examples, fellas! Crap figure, but has it's charms.
Here's my offering. A Trilogo carded with a squished bubble (it still displays well though, so I'm happy ), plus a Smile 1a loose.
Not much else to say really. It's a dull figure, but it's still Star Wars!

Have always like the Anakin figure, think its because it was the first last 17 figure I ever got. My late grandad use to be a pharmacist and he had a guy working for him who was mad on SW so we would talk for hours about it. I was about 10 or 11 at the time. One day grandad told me the guy had mentioned there was a rare SW figure of Anakin the ghost form of DV after he redeemed himself, said we should look out for it. About two weeks later he took me to Beverly Toy Fair was the first toy fair ever went to so was super excited and had all of £9 on me. Was desperately looking for an ATAT but knew £9 wouldn't be enough. Did get a scout walker for £7 and a general Veers for £2 so was well pleased with that. Then saw the Anakin figure said to grandad that's the figure you mentioned the other day. The seller said can do it for £18 if you want it. Grandad got it for me for Christmas at 11 years old and getting a last 17 for me was like winning the lottery. Still have the bag a blue card that was with it, 27 years later how time flies R.I.P. grandad miss you.
