Toy of the week 2, Week 67, A-Wing Fighter

I never had the A-Wing Fighter when I was a kid and I never saw it for sale in denmark. I have heard rumors about it was sold in denmark. But I have never found one in a danish childhood lot. I got the one I have from the usa after 2001 when I began to collect star wars toy as a hobby 
I think kenner did a great job with the a-wing, but I guess they could have made it better than it is.

I don't actually remember how I ended up with so many at once. Sold most of them, just kept an unused boxed one and a loose complete one.

I love the A-Wing! A terrific little ship that deserved to be released as part of the ROTJ toy run, IMHO.

The A-wing Pilot was one of the few last 17 I had as a kid. I remember at the time thinking, what was the point of having a figure when there wasn't even a ship for him!
I was very surprised when I saw one in A Sansweet book. Even more shocked when I eventually saw one for sale!
