Short "hair" Weequay

Hi, found this short "hair" version of Weequay. Any ideas please? Cheers.

It looks like a clear moulding defect to me, or a so-called 'short-pour'. So in other words, an interesting error, but not a true variant.

What's the COO on the short-pour one?
