Hi guys,
I've recently acquired a Darth Vader off of someone on eBay who claims to be selling his childhood collection. When the figure turned up I immediately put it back as (to me) the Lightsaber was a known reproduction from the 90s. It is a flat tip transition with a very thin hilt - you know the ones that are so thin they're not a snug fit in the arm and they don't stay in place when you raise the arm. It floats on the surface and when submerged immediately rises to the surface.
The thing is the guy is insistent that it's his from his original childhood collection but before I start a returns case I just wanted to double check you guys all thinks it's a Repro too.
