Green Belt Luke Farmboy?

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this before. I hadn't. The 2 Line, Hong Kong COO figure i picked up today has a very definite, irredesent green belt when held up to the light. It is quite similar to the colour of the green pouch found on the Chewbacca figure.

Jeff it's either touched up *by a paintbrush* or just paint degrade. Just my 2 pence worth. G

Never seen a luke but I have a Chewbacca Green pouch from my childhood and I have not touched it up. But I can't confirm if it is paint degrade or not :?

It still looks cool, it is the same with leia hoth, I have one or more with green hair

Grant, to be honest, I definitely don't think it is 'touched up' as you can see in this picture it looks a standard black colour when not in the light. Also, I don't think that the seller did anything with it as it is original figure in played with condition. I reckon it's some form of paint degradation
