Anyone know anything about this???

Hi,

I got this many moons ago with a trade for numerous items. I have never really paid much attention to it being modern and im just trying to find out if anyone knows anything about it.

Its a Luke Farmboy on a POTF Luke Jedi Card, green sabre, and lukes head looks strange and small. Strange card back picture and labelled made in China at the bottom.

If anybody can offer any insights it would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a bootleg to me, but I'm no expert on modern.
