I mean first 12 issue ideally...it was sold as original, but looking on variant villain i cant see mention of original sabres with no letters

Hi all I have a first 12 Luke from the states, which came with a lightsabre with flat transition and thin tip, but no letters on the hilt Does anyone know if any early sabres had no letters, or is it likely repro? Cheers Russ

Ian, thanks very much! I'm still building my 12 loose collection, and this might just be my bible now :) I'm surprised to see they're all GMFGI/Hong Kong. In a world of variations and coo's depending on where you lived in the 70s, it seems like this combination might be the closest we can get...
