    Don't know if you will see this reply, but I have a watch EXACTLY like that; my son gave it to me for Christmas in 2001; he worked @ Lucas Ranch at the time! I've never been able to locate another one like it until now. Interesting about the crew being given tokens. Hmmm...I wonder?
