There's one for auction on Jabba's right now, it ends Sunday night, already at £132.
It is in slightly better condition though, but still a bargin for someone.

1 bid!
It was an auction with a BIN built in. I believe the person that spotted it had a very merry Christmas

There's been a couple of times where iv'e just happened to see a great deal like this listed, it lasts for 2 seconds and it's gone, you click on it to have a look and it's already ended.

Honestly someone sits and hit F5 X hours a day?? Can't be cost effective. And that is without taking the loss of time into consideration

You'd be surprised!, a lot of the times it's probably people who aren't out at work and just sitting at home, and traders.

The amount of times iv'e listed a figure in auction and within 1 minute I get a message off someone asking if I have a buy it now price, and on 3 occasions iv'e had this message off the same person over the space of several months. The same regular people who have the time really are sitting there refreshing trying to get deals, about 1/4 of what iv'e ever listed up I get a message within seconds.

And for the other 3/4 of the listings they probably spotted those instantly too only they weren't worth the effort to try and get a deal on, as they were only cheap common items, as soon as I list something rare or expensive the sharks are on it and that's when I get messages.

And every time I reply back and say "sorry this is for auction only" then they never reply and say thanks or anything out of courtesy, so iv'e stopped even replying to them now, if i'm not worth their time then they aren't worth mine.

Wow. Stunning read for me.
Thank you for taking the time, once again, to share your experiences.

I don't know what to feel. I guess it as valid an hobby as any to go sharking at eBay. At least they aren't messing up Mother Nature. But I can't imagine it being an interesting hobby in the long run unless they do several "markets" at once.

One of these just sold for £550, in better condition but still, the one that sold for £25 wouldn't have gone for much less than this one...
