Yes it was me who bought it .... and yes it was definately a DT sabre.
But I'm pretty sure now that it was a reproduction.
The reason why I thought it was genuine was because I asked the seller about 2 minutes after he listed it what he wanted for it and if he could guarentee that they were all original/vintage accessories. He said he wanted £20 and also told me that he had them all since new as a child. He was also willing to end the auction early, but then changed his mind when he got about another 4 messages asking the same thing.
Well anyway, when I received it the sabre didn't look like a genuine one I have already got, it looked to be made out of shinier plastic and I couldn't see any letters on the hilt. Also two other weapons in the lot were 90's reproductions, which set the alarm bells going as he was definately lying about them.
To cut a long story short I got a refund

I've definately learn't a valuable lesson not to believe everything people tell ya, some people will tell you what you want to hear to get a sale.
