Late to the party on this one frank, your blank mailer box looks to be the correct one mate, as you know Frank I'm certain it came with the early esb a Baggie the same as the one in the pics walkie posted, palitoy mailer baggies were esb a baggies (fett) followed by Parker bradgate baggies (dengar), during the dengar/survival kit promotion they transitioned to just MIHK on the baggies and from then on all the mailer baggies had MIHK
To me the fett mailer is a really cool thing, I can see why it's not very interesting to most, let's face it it's just a plain box and a Baggie fett and compared to the us version it's not very exciting is it
