Just some fair warning that Vectis have some nice stuff coming up for auction next week including some Palitoy and Die Kraft der Macht items. I won't provide a link and make it too easy though

Nice spot Si!

Not seen a few of those items up for sale before, the estimates are bit out of whack but then again a fair few have some damage.

Not familiar with the site/auction house, is it online bidding? I haven't had a look round but will the ending prices be displayed once its done?

Joe, their estimates are always way off they don't know a great deal about Star Wars. Its online bidding. Used to be in-house, which was fun.

If anyone's thinking about bidding larger amounts then its always worth a viewing if you have time and don't forget about the sale commission. If I've had anything from them I've always picked up too as I hear their packaging aint the best.

Just been watching the live auction on Vectis and took part
via phone for the Palitoy R2.

The R2 went for £460 but on top of that you've got to add 20%.

The German POTF packs went for :

Three pack figures went for £1,600, £1,700 and £1,200

The two packs with Mini Rig :

Han Hoth £600 (it was battered)

Bib/Klaatu £1300
Hoth Trooper and Imp Com £1900
Ewok 2 pack £1600

Wow...I did bid on the MTV-7 pack but did not expect it to go for twice that amount
Oh well, glad it wasn't the Tri Pod cannon version of the pack!

For the three packs of figures, it's over £1,000 for a piece of cardboard - I presume these are pretty rare

Spoke to someone at Vectis and apparently it was a guy who was
in the army who was stationed in Germany. He picked them up years ago
and was thinking of letting his kid have them!!!

Bet he's a happy man today.
