Here's my contribution.

You may also want to think about the mega rare slightly yellowed variant

Was it the POTF2 version? Looks similar to the blue Battle Damaged TIE but has no Electronics.

There are a couple of Glasslite TIE Fighters as well mate but I think they have Electronics:-

The two Glasslite's are a fifth and sixth variation in their own right. The plastic is metallic graphite and the stickers are completley different around the cockpit too.

Yep, they have electronics. Same noise as the others.
The original POTFII TIE Fighter has no electronics and moulded Solar Wings, rather than stickers on the vintage versions.

Hope that helps,
Dave.

Hi.
I just picked up a white tie fighter and the seat that's normally light grey is white.
Could this be a factory error???
If not, where does it come from?

The seat on my white TIE fighter is white, so I imagine there was probably a running change at some point from one colour to the other. Or perhaps SW era ones are one colour and ESB ones the other? In any event, yours won't be a factory error :)

That's very interesting, I'm going to have to check mine now :)

Looks much better than the grey, which never made sense. Could this be the ESB one?

Where did you get it?

* edit - see snakebite said much the same

Tried to know a little bit more about those white seats but unlucky.
I was thinking the same at the beginning.
Seats were grey for SW line and white for ESB line.
But it's not like that.
Furthermore, I couldn't find ANY PICTURE of this white seat so...it must be rare for sure!!!
Never know Snaketibe. Maybe we are 2 lucky owners.
