COO = Country of origin (Hong Kong, Taiwan for example)

No COO = there is no visible marking to say where the figure was made.

:)

It used to be C.O.O but since shortened to COO and the NO bit just means no lol

There are some big fairs like memorabilia but personally i have not been.

The link below shows a load of other toy fairs by month but again not sure what they are like. I went to one in Malvern the other weekend but it was very much lacking in vintage SW stuff:
