Hi there! It was a strange experience. When I came to my hotel (sunday before) the tickets hadn't arrived. And they didn't before evening tuesday either. Afterwords, when I knew more about the "back scenes", I can say it was given good service anyway. They called me regulary to keep me informed about the situation. It was quite busy to be honest. Because I had many phonecalls from a very interested ticket-buyer on top too. -I'm sorry I didn't have much time to answer post's here. And for you that was interested I can say "thank you", but you may be happy we didn't come to any agreement when you now see what the Whole thing ended in to: The first explanation was delay from producers of the tickets. But the real reason they told just before the happening should begin: -They had been contacted by the intelligence that had a concern about security among 3. part ticket-holders. So they were asked to hold back the tickets while investigation was done. The "Security-problem" was not identified Close up to the premiere, so they said they didn't have any other Choice than cancell all 3. part tickets. And on top they had to change to another venue (Tate Modern) just hours before, and it became no premiere-show at all. It was only a promotion with actors and press at Tate Modern. That was changed in last minute. In the program I recieved it was premiere at Odeon in Leicester Square. http://uk.reuters.com/article/us-film-starwars-rogueone-idUKKBN1430Q7 -When we saw what happened in Berlin just few days later, I think it was an OK outcome, even it felt like an anti-climax in the evening tuesday. I have got an e-mail that insures me I will get a compansation.
