how to get the Radar laser cannon POPPING

Hi all

Just received a Mint RLC but the pop is lame to say the least when I explode it. Anyone ever repaired one? Cant see an obvious means of getting into the base unit to tweak what I assume is a spring in there.

There is no spring? the lever(button) returns to the up postion because the pivot point is not central. I'm not sure what you're expecting. All the mini-rigs are lame

ah ok.....

Just that I saw a RLC on youtube explode far more convincingly than mine. Mine kind limps off/out to the side as opposed to 5" off the base...guess the years have affected it maybe.
