I have to agree with Iain. I think the only decent thing is to pay the postage. Feedback suggests some guy just trying to make a few quid. Honest mistake about postage. If you bid from out of the country that is what you should expect to pay. I reckon its a bit harsh to fob him off.
Hi Grant,
The same thing happened to me about a month ago. I emailed eBay first and they emailed back to say OK to send as a common mistake people make. Paid for goods and although didn't receive the items got my money back without too much hassle.
Just be slightly wary. I had same problem last month. I was then invoiced by seller outwith ebay. Never received item. Claimed money back from pay pal but was a pain in the tits. It was a david howells as seller and pay pal alice howells.
You can buy lengths of acyrlic in varying lengths and diameters. I used some for at at chin guns. I used a dremel to cut it to length I needed. Think I bought 1m 6mm diameter for about £6 from ebay.
Alright guys here is my prize courtesy of Duncan ( Zombiemedia ), cheers man.
Not a great model I know. Was going to try blue steel after watching zoolander the other night but just looked like I had pooped myself.
