Ok so after a few more months - more progress. He has been given a court order forcing him to pay back the money. I am going to get £20 a fortnight until it is paid back - received the first cheque yesterday. Will take a while to get all my money back but at least it's coming!!

Thanks for the comments. The RS thread was interesting. It seems as thoght here is a lot of disagreement as to whether it is a variuant or a discoloured cape. The fact that there are no MOC examples makes me think it is discolouration, however the fact that it is exactly the same colour...

Can anyone help me? I sent an Orange Caped Squid Head to AFA for grading. It was in excellent condition and I expected it to get an 85 at least. It came back graded as a normal squid head with a grade of 70 because according to AFA the cloak was heavily discoloured. Are there any websites...

Well never did get to see the figures but paypal refunded all my money so at least I haven't lost anything. I fully expect to see the same lot for sale again soon.
