Hi Chiffy, yup it's 100% legit, unopened - his nana was visiting a pal over in the states and she's been getting her to pick up Black Series figures for him - she picked up a bundle of various figures over a couple of months and I don't think she's a fan of the movies or action figure...

So, when I got a Legacy MF for the boy, I thought the lights were cool, but there could be more. So, a screwdriver, a dremel, a couple of strings of LED's later, I managed to put this together: The functionality of the toy is just as it was before the lighting, aside from the batteries...
