Re: How do you become a focus collector and what made you choose your focus?

I decided to go for the first figure I received as a kid, the mighty Zuckuss! So for me, but with the not less mighty Chief Chirpa. :D Sad for me, this figure has in Mattias Rendahl a very prominent focus patron - which owns nearly everything. But as I will likely never be able to work on amounts f...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 55 LAUNCHED

Wonderful Episode. Especially the FF flashback. Jez' Lambada-fail is going to be legendary. Also great to listen to Paul, which I had the pleasure to met at Farthest From. Great Guy ... but he has to work on his taste of beer. Also great story about the diecasts - sth. I got in late at the ho...

Re: Farthest From, Vintage Star Wars Collector Toy Show, December 2018, Fordingbridge, Hampshire.

Back from the second trip to FF, I can say I enjoyed the x-mas show that much (went there early this year in April, which was a lot of fun as well). This time, I took a flight, which was a bit more comfortable and not that time wasting than doing the complete trip by car from near Cologne to Fording...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

I haven't added a figure to my loose vintage collection for a long time. Here's a recently acquired Takara alternate sculpt C-3PO partnered up with my wind-up R2-D2. ... Two that I would love in my collection ... Me too, great variants. The Dangar MOC is so damn cool. Think restoring it will be fun...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 53 LAUNCHED

One thing I think is really important is to have other interests. I have three main hobbies, and alternating between them gives me a break and stops me from burning out on one. I often see people on Facebook who from their profiles seem to be so obsessed with Star Wars that no wonder they find it o...

Re: Farthest From, Vintage Star Wars Collector Toy Show, December 2018, Fordingbridge, Hampshire.

What do you guys think might the better place to stay - Ringwood or Fordingbridge itself? I'm looking forward to have a few beers with you guys, but don't want to be too dependent on taxis. It's not always easy to get a cab in the late hours. In April meet up was in Ringwood, but this time is MonCal...
