A few new bits

2 Cloud Car Pilots and one of Iain's fantastic new acrylic stands for my loose Cloud Car!

Emperor beater carded (very cheap)

R2 Sensorscope reseal (thanks to lejackal for the cardback with bubble)

Picked up a cheap B-Wing but the 2 cannons are from the newer release so need to find replacements

Jedi_mister: Nice looking ESB 3PO MOC, great run you have there. I need a Removable 3PO if you need to shift a 79k.
Darth_Daddius: Sweet Poch Vader, best of luck with the hunt for the footer.

Olisuds: Dude you always manage to pick up some stellar items. Great focus pieces mate, congrats.
DublinJeff: Nice RC MOC. The focus is coming along at a great rate.
Jayums: Congrats on the Shuttle,
Savory100: Great Cannon run. Double score with the Rebel Soldier, great idea.

Indianawars: Mint Poncho Luke MOC, very nice.
Dr Ball MD: Great score with the Dewback and Taun Taun. I've always loved the Dewback box, so cool.
Robpmarsh: Great to see a lovely TPCC especially when it's displayed so well with your new stand and TPCCPs. Nice MOCs (Beater Emp) and B-Wing, you shouldn't find it too hard getting cannons for it.

I finally have some Vintage to show off this year :D
All wonderfully delivered by Neil, courtesy of the ITFCIAIN Emporium and USA Handling Service.

My first Sigma, i say my first as they are wonderful in hand. I really like this.

Next up is this 1st Gen Unarticulated Polish Bootleg. My 9th but the first 'Turd Brown' one i've ever seen. I have a Blue one, Red one, Pinky one and 5 Orange but this one is kinda nice.

Two of Iain's coin holders which nicely show the difference in size between the regular coin and the prototype.

My first MOC of the year. Not my first B-Wing Pilot. I had one before but sold it on to Timbo as he needed that particular one for his B-Wing Focus.

That's actually a pretty cool looking set... of course I no longer have a VCR so I wouldn't be able to play the tapes!

At the time I remember thinking this box artwork was a bit cheesy but now I am appreciating it more. Not quite vintage, not quite modern, but has a certain appeal.

I'm a new collector, but the force has been with me this last couple of weeks... Got this from the same guy I got the shuttle...

Again, no box, but it is absolutely mint. The photo doesn't quite do it justice. Electronics work. Side guns are straight. The chin guns have the slight yellowing but is about as good as I've seen on these.

The guy said it had been unused in a loft for 30 years, which I took with a pinch of salt, but it turns out he wasn't kidding.

To top it off it came with a manual and decals I assumed would be reproduction despite the seller insisting otherwise! In the photographs they looked too sparkly and new to be anything other than repro... But now it's arrived they look and feel like the real deal, and in equally minty condition.

A real nice spread of buys lately - the POCH Vader is unbelievable and loving how the Cloud Car displays on that stand. Great AT AT too Jayums 8)

I popped into town today and picked up something I'd never seen in the flesh before. Not quite in the same vein as Jez's Polish bootleg above as it was never officially meant to be Darth, Ideal Toys' released this 'Knight of Darkness' in 1977 to cash in on SW. Unbelievably George didn't win his subsequent law suit

The Knight is meant to have a laser pistol which is missing, and I'm very tempted to try for the R2 and 3PO knock-offs next.

Imagine asking for Star Wars toys for Chrimbo and ending up with Kent and his convertible space ship.

Cheers Savory and that does read a bit weird looking back but you need to get the 'Vintage Shop Directory'

At the end of a family shopping trip I popped into an antique place in Sheffield that sells a bit of vintage and after seeing that Knight it had to come home with me. There is also a talking R2 for £25 which is quite tempting but has a broken catch on the battery cover.

Gosh there are some great items showing up here. LOVE that Sigma display and the Palitoy IG88 and Tusken.

My latest addition to the focus is something I have been on the hunt for a long time. Its open, but all original and the figure is a POCH Vader as well. Just need to find a footer to complete him.

I reckon that POCH Logo is up there with the Toltoys Logo, and if that's not enough, it also has the very awesome sideways card back.

Big thanks to Jonathan for helping me get hold of this guy.

Cheers,
Pat

Incredible !!!!!! congrats tis a beauty

As a newbie and not meaning to offend I'm not sure what is exciting everyone about this vader? Is it the card or is the figure different?
